We stand firm on protecting the Constitution and the Bill of Rights, which were given to us by our forefathers. No entity or politician should be able to violate these without direct and immediate consequences. For too long, corporations and politicians have been doing exactly that, even amending the Constitution itself to include unconstitutional legislation and laws.
This is not a laughing matter, nor is it a matter of politics per se, as this is a violation of our God-given rights. We believe in upholding the foundational principles that guarantee our freedoms and ensure that government serves the people, not special interests.
Combating corruption and ensuring accountability
We won't stop at constitutional protection. By implementing strict regulations and legislation to limit terms for Congress, we aim to eliminate career politicians who have been in office for decades. It is absurd that these public servants are using American taxpayers to get themselves rich off our tax dollars.
This is a systemic problem, and we demand complete reform. No taxation without true representation! Our public servants need to remember who they work for: the citizens who pay their paychecks, not corporations.
Our solutions for a transparent and just government
The Peoples Party U.S.A. will enact new bills and laws to prevent corruption at its source. This includes restricting insider trading and requiring 100% transparency for politicians' trades, ensuring that the public is not left out of their financial dealings.
We will implement term limits for Congress and age limits to prevent individuals with cognitive decline from holding office, potentially endangering the American people and our service members. Additionally, we will put strict regulations on mega-corporations to prevent them from having a monopoly on our politicians through "lobbying," which often amounts to bribes.
